Lettings Bermac Properties Terms and Conditions for Rental The properties are initially let on a 6 month basis and can be held pending a tenant assessment with the reservation fee of £100 per apartment. Initial monies required prior to occupation are, 6 weeks rental deposit (to be placed in a recognised rental deposit scheme), an administration charge of £35 + VAT, half the cost of the inventory and checkout charge which is £70 + VAT, together with one month’s rent in advance.
